Daytime & After-Hours Support

During our business hours (weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time) someone will answer your call to open a support ticket or follow up on an existing one.
For after-hours support (weekend and after 5 pm Eastern Time), please call the same number and follow the voicemail instructions to leave a message, a support team member will contact you as soon as possible.
Support Ticket System
All support calls are logged, responded to and tracked in our Support Ticket System, which is accessible to all our clients from a web browser.
Remote Support Access
With our live remote-assistance tools, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard through a secure connection.
Once in contact with one of our support team members, you will be advised which tool listed below to use.
Simply download the TeamViewerQS file, double click the file from your downloads folder, and give the provided ID and password to our support team member.
