The Accuracy Optimization Service (AOS) is part of our Innovative Services and consists of Lanier Assistants (LAs) who focus on working directly with the dictator.
Our LAs team are speech-language professionals who help enhance the results of the speech engine to maximize the dictation accuracy and experience without the dictator having to do any work other than dictate. The focus is on that specific dictator, their voice and their style of dictation.
How Lanier’s AOS Service & The LAs Team Can Help You
Our LAs team reviews the user’s dictations and identifies discrepancies that are generated by the engine, to fine-tune it based on the dictator.
Once the dictations have been reviewed, the team uses administrative tools to manually make corrections to the engine to further increase recognition accuracy. Adding vocabulary, substitutions or even shortcuts are just some of the ways our LAs help with efficiency.
The LAs go over any changes, provide feedback to the dictator and determine whether there is anything else that needs to be done. Our end goal is to provide the highest possible accuracy and efficiency for that individual dictator.
